Stu: ....and what are your current fitness goals Bonnie?
Bonnie: To tone up, lose 6kg and get fitter!
Stu: Well, you're certainly making good progress...And what's the best thing about training with Femme Power?
Bonnie: The group training is great it really gets you doing things you wouldn't do alone well I would never push myself that hard. Stu is the best trainer I've had, he doesn't yell he is really encouraging and funny so makes the sessions a little easier to get through! And the meal plans and other random info you send through are very useful.
Lisa - "Stuart is fabulous. He spoke with my physio and got a clear indication of what I could and couldn't do in regards to my injury prior to commencing. He is very professional but a lot of fun also. The other women who I train with are fantastic- very supportive of one another and really lovely people whose company I enjoy. The sessions are a lot of fun, yet cater to different fitness levels, and are also outdoors which is in added bonus for a working mum needing some fresh air. I am really enjoying training with Femme Power and absolutely hate it if I have to miss a session for any reason".
Lauren - The Femme Power training environment is really positive. It is great to be encouraged by a friendly trainer and a lovely group of ladies.
